We want everyone to be able to enjoy our cakes, so we welcome requests for different dietary requirements:
Gluten free is our speciality, no longer do you have to endure a fizzy, dry and crumbly texture with an over-sweet taste, we use a special blend of gluten free cake flour to produce a cake with your signature light moist texture, that even the rest of your guests wont be able to distinguish from the usual wheat flour.
Dairy Free Cakes
We’re delighted to introduce our dairy free cakes, vanilla & chocolate being our speciality, encased in a moreish Belgium dark chocolate ganache.
Egg Free and Alcohol Free Wedding Cake
At Couture Cakes, we think we’ve ‘cracked it’ (excuse the pun!), so you won’t have to be embarrassed by serving a crumbly & dry cake to your wedding guests. Our chocolate, vanilla and lemon cake all work well as egg free. All our cakes can be adjusted to remove the alcohol.
Upon special request, all our cakes can all be baked without nuts. Every care is taken to reduce cross-contamination, however our kitchen handles nuts, and we are unable to provide designated equipment for each allergy requirement, so we are unfortunately unable to guarantee our cakes are completely free of all traces of nuts.
