Gluten Free Cakes
Couture Cakes welcome specific dietary requests, gluten free cakes being our particular speciality. We recognise that great tasting gluten free cakes are actually surprisingly hard to source, often having a fizzy, dry and crumbly texture, so we use a special blend of gluten free cake flour, and of course bake each cake in our Aga, which enables a superior moistness to be retained in your gluten free cake.
As with all our cakes, you can choose to have each cake a different flavour, so you are able to have just one of your tiers as a gluten free cake, and the rest as our standard flavours.

Our chocolate sponge, vanilla, lemon and coffee cakes all work well as gluten free. And we also offer chocolate and banana as a gluten free cake flavour.
We are currently able to offer samples of coffee, lemon, vanilla, and fruit cake as cake tasting samples.
