Egg Free and Alcohol Free Wedding Cake
If you're planning an Asian wedding then there's no doubt that you'll need to accommodate your guests who refrain from eating eggs and alcohol.
Removing alcohol from a cake is relatively easy (it is only contained in our amaretto, hazelnut & fruit cakes, which can also be made alcohol free), but removing the eggs is no easy task, as eggs are vital for a light, moist & tender texture.
At Couture Cakes, we think we've 'cracked it' (excuse the pun!), so you won't have to be embarrassed by serving a crumbly & dry cake to your wedding guests, and we're delighted to announce that our chocolate sponge cake, vanilla cake and lemon cake, all work well as egg free.
Furthermore, each of your cake tiers can be different, so you can serve 'normal' cake to your remaining guests, providing the best of both worlds!
